The Festival’s annual celebrity dinner
The 2015 inaugural Chefs of Canberra Festival Gala dinner was a tear-away success. Canberra loves classy food and appreciates a fabulous location, so to kick-off the 2016 edition Janet Jeffs has assembled a few wizards in the kitchen and we present five major virtuosos for a taste of what's to come. A three-course meal prepared by some of Canberra's top chefs and beverage package are included in your ticket price.
The chefs in the kitchen this year are Sean McConnell and Dan Flatt from Monster at Hotel Hotel, John Leverink from Boathouse by the Lake and Podfood, and Frankie J. Bodel and Janet Jeffs from The Conservatory. Joining them in the kitchen is the team from Ginger Catering.
