This historic performance takes you into a 19th century French boudoir to re-discover Rossini's 'Little Solemn Mass' - which, as Napoleon III commented, is 'neither little, solemn, nor especially liturgical'.
Neal Peres Da Costa plays the 1862 Hornung square piano accompanying a select group of 12 singers.
