Dapper’s Delight gained renown for their exuberant impromptu performances on the streets of Europe. Armed with little more than the humble recorder and the anglo concertina (a small version of the accordion), Susanna and Adrian have built a repertoire and a reputation out of history’s leftovers: simple hornpipes, jigs and pithy tales about ale, cheese and frolicking virgins. Their performances take us back to the streets of London or Dublin at a time when music-making was rarely less than merry.
“Lillys and Roses”, "Black and Grey”, “Three Hornpipes”, “The Tale of Ale” and much more.
