Last year’s performance by Bach Akademie Australia still lingers in our memory. This fledgling band, fresh from the success of their first complete season and a new ABC Classics recording, returns to Canberra with the finest baroque specialists including Richard Fomison on baroque trumpet and Daniel Yeadon on gamba and cello. A morning of rare masterpieces in the luminous acoustics of Fitters’ Workshop.
